Tom McMillen serves as Senior Director of Governance and Legal Supports for CSI. Prior to rejoining CSI, Tom was the Community Superintendent for charter schools in Jefferson County, CO and the Director of Choice Programming in Douglas County, CO. Tom is proud to have been a founding member of one of the first charter schools in Colorado and has been involved in charter schools as a parent, board member, and CSI staff member.

Tom graduated from the University of Denver College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree and Colorado State University with a B.A.

Tom lives in Lakewood, CO with his wife, Peg, and son, Aubrey.
