John Frederick Lauron

Special Education Coordinator

My name is John Frederick Lauron, and I joined CSI in October 2026 as a Special Education Coordinator. I completed a degree in education specialist with dual licensure in Principalship and Special Education Director from the University of Northern Colorado.

Before joining the team at CSI, I served as Dean of Inclusion at one of the CSI schools, where I led the school’s MTSS, 504, special education, health services, and other programs to ensure students have equitable support and access to the curriculum. I also taught math in both general education and a self-contained special education setting in Colorado Springs before transitioning to an administrative role. I moved to Colorado, USA after fifteen years of teaching physics and general science in a Jesuit high school in the Philippines.

I am excited to support CSI schools in ensuring students on the margins receive the support they need to access the curriculum and to design structures that support a sustainable approach to delivering specially designed instruction and services.
