My name is Collin Phillips. I started my role as CSI’s Performance and Accountability Analyst in July 2021. As a member of the Evaluation, Accountability, & School Improvement team my responsibilities include analyzing student performance data and conducting academic evaluations as well as running periodic analyses of state and local assessment data. I also oversee CSI’s Annual Review of Schools (CARS) which provides all of our stakeholders with regular updates on our schools’ academic performance in addition to their financial and organizational performance. Prior to working at CSI, I studied human behavior in a variety of research settings over a 6-year period while pursuing my B.S. in Cognitive Neuroscience at Harding University and my M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington.
