Arkan Haile is a seasoned lawyer, executive and board member. He’s currently General Counsel of a terminal operating and midstream logistics company. Earlier in his legal career, as a public finance specialist, he issued tax-exempt bonds for the construction of charter schools. Arkan previously served on the boards of the Colorado League of Charter Schools and DU’s Daniels College of Business. His prior non-legal roles include serving as Senior Executive Advisor to Denver Mayor Michael Hancock, Independent Director on the Board of Directors of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE-listed public company) and Law Instructor at the University of Asmara in Eritrea (Africa). Prior to law school, he worked as a financial analyst for two years.

Arkan has a BA (Economics and Political Science) and an MBA from the University of Denver, and a JD from the University of Colorado.
