Hi! My name is Magaly Mar-Sotero, and I am thrilled to be a part of CSI.

I have over 7 years of experience working in education and have insight into the nonprofit sector as well. I bring my experience, knowledge, positive energy and most importantly the intent and desire to support and serve the underserved. As someone who grew within the disparities of the public school system in Colorado, I am an advocate for the BIPOC community and a strong supporter of racial equity, inclusion, and diversity, which is why I am proud to serve the charter school community.

When not at work, I enjoy exploring beautiful Colorado lakes and camping with my family. I enjoy baking and treat making with my kids and coffee dates with my friends!
