An attorney and former Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives, Frank knows policy and politics in Colorado. He served eight years in the state House prior to his retirement by term-limit in 2015 and managed to learn a thing or two along the way. Relationships matter above all. Wins and losses come together, but building strong relationships through both is the foundation for success. He has helped clients develop and implement winning campaign strategies for candidates, independent expenditures, and ballot measures.
Frank is a 1995 graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder and a 2001 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. He was first elected to the Colorado State House of Representatives in 2006 and served until January of 2015. He served as Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives during the 68th General Assembly. In 2012 he was recognized by the Denver Business Journal's Forty under 40 and has been honored by organizations from the National Federation of Independent Businesses to the Colorado Civil Justice League for his knowledge and focus on the priorities of job creators across Colorado. He currently holds several board positions, his favorite of which is the Colorado Charter School Institute. Frank lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife Shannon and their two children.
