Brooke Frarck

School Programs & Equity Initiatives Manager

My name is Brooke Frarck (she/her) and I joined the CSI team June 2021 as the School Improvement and Equity Specialist. In this role I help serve our portfolio of schools in the areas of multilingual learner support, McKinney-Vento homeless support, and helping school leaders utilize our unique equity screener tool to set goals related to equity and access for all.

I have a background in curriculum, instruction, assessment, as well as district and building leadership. I spent over a decade serving as an ELA teacher, instructional coach, and family liaison in northern Colorado. I earned my Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and principal license from the University of Northern Colorado, my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, and my Bachelor’s in Spanish from the University of Colorado.

I strive to make equity a priority and cultural proficiency a lifelong goal. I enjoy working at CSI because of the many opportunities to connect with others and help them work towards their own equity and cultural proficiency goals. My CSI colleagues are not only knowledgeable but just as passionate about serving all students and providing the best possible K-12 education. We value innovation, opportunity, and choice.

I hope to continue to promote the values and mission of CSI, and help all students meet their true potential.
