Title III (English Language Learners)

Title III is designed to improve the education of Limited English Proficient (LEP) students by helping them learn English and meet challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards. Schools should review the CDE English Learner Guidebook as it has extensive information about designing and evaluating programs for EL Students.  Additionally, this guidebook provides details about all major requirements associated with programming for EL Students.
